No fix – No fee.
Our on site rate is £20 per hour, the minimum charge being £20.
Any further time is charged at £10 per half hour.
Off site work is charged at a fixed amount, for example:
Virus and Spyware removal £20.
Component replacement £20 plus cost of parts.
Reinstallation of Windows £20.

We only charge for call out if travel radius is over 10 miles.
11 to 15 miles £10
16 to 20 miles £15
(Call out fee is non-refundable).
